Why it works

Same person. Two messages.

Mass tools send volume to strangers. Connect writes to people who already know you, and every message quotes something real: your shared history, their words or a new milestone. Nobody can tell it was automated, because it wasn't written for anyone else.

Typical automation

"Hi {first_name}, I saw you work at {company}. Open to a quick call?"

Could go to anyone. Archived in two seconds.
Connect

"Laura, what you said about procurement joining late was spot on. Does it happen with all your big accounts?"

Starts from her comment on your post yesterday.
What we find

Your network is your best pipeline. Give it the attention it deserves.

Every weekday, Connect looks in the places where warm business hides, acts on what it finds in your voice and tells you only what needs you.

Buried conversations

Buyers who went quiet after a proposal or a first call

We read your past threads (read-only) and find the people who showed real interest and then went silent. Each one gets a re-opener that picks up exactly where you left it.

Example"Marta, in May you were waiting for the board to approve the budget. Did it get through?"

Promises in passing

"I'll send you that case study", actually sent

In a busy week it's natural for a small commitment, like sending a document or getting back to someone, to get buried in the inbox. Connect brings it back with its context so you can follow through, as you always do.

ExampleYou promised Laura a case study 7 weeks ago. Reminder in tomorrow's summary.

Career moves

The first message in their inbox, not the tenth

When someone on your priority list takes a new role or changes company, your congratulations go out that day, mentioning your history together.

ExampleJames became COO on Monday. In March he told you that was his goal.

Silent audience

People who react to your posts but never write

Contacts who like and comment on what you publish get a short, easy message that starts from what caught their attention. Their attention turns into a conversation.

ExampleDaniel commented 4 times this month. You've never exchanged a message.

Inbox triage

New messages sorted by commercial intent

Replies answered in your voice the same morning. Pricing, complaints and commitments come to you, with the full history summarized.

ExampleTom asked about your rates. Left for you, with his thread in two lines.

Monday 8:00 Radar

Competitors, mentions and your market on one page

Who your competitors are hiring, who mentioned you and what we did about it, what your sector is talking about. Plus posts built from what clients ask you in private.

ExampleNorthwind opened 4 sales roles in Germany: likely expansion into your DACH clients.

Real examples

You tell us once. Every day, week or month, it's done.

Pick your world. Each example shows what you ask, what we do on our own, what we leave for you and how we know what we know.

Full visibility into your team's LinkedIn pipeline, no double pitches, and a weekly playbook of what actually gets replies.

These three examples are included in Sales Team Copilot · $249/mo

Every day

Every rep's replies, handled before 9 a.m.

You tell us once

"Each morning, answer the easy replies in each rep's voice. Anything about price or terms goes to the rep."

What you get

14 replies across 4 reps. 9 answered, 3 handed to the right rep, 2 closed politely.

  • Answered for Pau: a buyer asked who else in logistics uses you. "Good question, Elena. Two warehouses in Zaragoza started in spring; happy to tell you what changed for them. Which day works?"
  • Left for Núria: a prospect asked for a discount for a 2-year deal. Terms are hers to decide.
  • How we know: each rep's past conversation with that person is read before replying, so nobody repeats themselves.
Every week

The Friday page for Monday's meeting

You tell us once

"Every Friday: activity per rep, which messages got answers and which objections came up. One page."

What you get

212 messages, 38 replies (18%). Questions about their work: 29%. Company intros: 7%.

  • Per rep: Pau 27%, Núria 26%, Dani 0 of 9. His openers pitch first; Núria's two best openers are attached for him.
  • No double pitch: before writing to Helix's Head of Ops for Pau, we checked the team's inboxes. Dani spoke with her in September and she said "after Q1". Pau's message is on hold until you decide who leads.
  • How we know: every rep connected their own account, so we read each thread (and its replies) before writing anything new.
Every month

The real objections, with the answers that work

You tell us once

"Once a month, group the objections from our conversations and show me the best reply to each."

What you get

38 objections in 3 groups, each with the reply that kept the conversation alive.

  • "We already work with someone" (11): best reply, by Núria. "Perfect. What do you like least about what you have now?"
  • "No budget until Q1" (7): 5 of them asked to talk again in January. Reminders are set.
  • For your team meeting: "Send me some info" (6) usually means no. Worth deciding together how to answer it.

How it works

You connect once. We do the rest.

Everything technical stays on our side, and it keeps working with your computer off.

Step 2 · us

Your Opportunity Map

Before day 3 of your trial, you see what your LinkedIn has been hiding: buyers who went quiet, promises that got buried, people who engage and never heard from you, sorted by commercial intent. Nothing is sent.

Before day 3
Step 3 · together, then us

A 15-minute kickoff, then it runs

We agree on your voice, your goals and who must never be contacted. Then the examples you chose run every weekday in your time zone, always within the daily limits we keep for safety and trust.

Every weekday

We start gently on purpose. Week 1 is a deep audit: your Opportunity Map, the dormant relationships worth reopening and the calibration of your voice. Week 2 you approve the first batch so the tone is exactly right. Then up to 10, 20 and finally 30 messages a day, a pace that protects your account for the long run.

Who's behind your account

A professional relationship deserves the same respect online as it does face to face. For 18 years I've helped professionals and founders communicate their value without pressure: I run Sales Pitch and Elevator Pitch workshops and wrote reinVenta, a book about selling without pressure. That same judgment guides every interaction on your account.

Your account is in experienced hands, with safe and proven practices:

  • Only your contacts, in your voice. Every message builds on your shared history, your context and your professional goals.
  • Human pace, with daily limits far below what LinkedIn tolerates.
  • Something real in every message: their words, your history or a new milestone. Never a template.
  • Pricing, complaints and commitments always come to you.
  • Less time sorting messages, more time in the conversations that turn into clients.
  • More people writing back, because every message starts from something true.

FAQ

What you need to know before starting

There is a technical side to all this. You don't have to deal with any of it.

We handle, you never touch
  • AI setup and instructions
  • Daily schedules and automations
  • Account limits and safety rules
  • Your voice and contact rules
  • Updates, fixes and reports
How is this different from an outreach tool?+

Outreach tools are built to send volume to strangers. Connect works the other way round: relevance, context and warmth over volume. It starts from the people who already know you, finds a true reason to talk and writes one message at a time. And it's done for you: there's nothing to set up, write or monitor.

Do I need to set up anything technical?+

TechnicalNo. You click a link, add a browser extension and press Connect. That's about two minutes, once. The AI, the instructions, the daily schedules, the limits and the monitoring are set up and maintained by us.

Does my computer need to stay on?+

TechnicalNo. Once connected, everything runs on our side every weekday, with your computer off or your laptop closed.

Do I need my own AI subscription or any software?+

TechnicalNo. Everything that runs your account is included in the price. You only need your LinkedIn account.

Do I have to share my password?+

TechnicalNever. The extension uses your existing LinkedIn session. If you remove it, access stops. More on how we protect your session.

What do you read in my inbox?+

Your conversations, read-only, so every message knows what was said before and so we can find the opportunities in them. It's used only to run your account and is never shared with other clients.

What about confidential conversations or key clients?+

At kickoff you give us two lists. Off-limits: contacts, current clients or topics whose conversations Connect never opens or acts on. Key accounts: people we never write to on our own; if something comes up, we prepare the message and leave it for you to send.

Will the messages sound like me?+

That's what the kickoff is for. We study how you write and your past conversations, agree on your tone (formal or casual, length, what you would never say) and you approve the first batch before anything runs on its own.

Do I approve every message?+

No, that would bring the work back to you. You approve the first batch, then sign a standing authorization. From there Connect acts within the limits you set and tells you what it did. Pricing, complaints, commitments and anything unclear are never answered automatically: they come to you. You can pause everything with one message.

Can you stop two of my reps from pitching the same buyer?+

For everything Connect writes, yes. Before writing to someone for one rep, we check whether anyone else on the team has already talked to that person. If so, our message waits and you decide who leads. What a rep types by hand on LinkedIn can't be blocked, but those overlaps show up in your Friday page.

How many messages will be sent each day?+

Up to 30, and fewer at the start. Week 1 is for the audit and your voice, so nothing is sent yet. Week 2 up to 10 a day, week 3 up to 20, then up to 30. If there's no one worth writing to, fewer or none are sent.

Do you send connection invitations?+

Rarely. Connect works with your existing network. When someone new clearly fits your market, we send at most 5 invitations a day, and we only write to them once they accept.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?+

We keep limits far below what LinkedIn tolerates, start gently and write to your contacts at a human pace. Your account connects through its own residential proxy in your country and only works on weekdays, during office hours. Any automation on LinkedIn carries some risk, and brand-new or barely used accounts are the most exposed. That's why we don't accept them. Connect is not affiliated with LinkedIn. More on how we protect your session.

How does the free trial work?+

You choose a plan and enter your card. The first 3 days are free and your first payment is taken on day 4, only if you haven't cancelled. Within 24 hours you get the instructions to connect, and your Opportunity Map arrives before day 3, so you see what Connect finds before you pay anything: buyers who went quiet, promises that got buried and people who engage and never heard from you.

Can I cancel?+

Anytime, in two clicks, from your billing portal with the email you used to subscribe. Cancel before day 4 and you pay nothing. After that, billing is monthly with no contract and the service runs until the end of the month you paid for.
